Since 2016, I've partnered with leaders to bring strategy, creativity, and heart to their communications, culture, and experiences—and prove it's working.

My background in digital marketing—email campaigns, social media, events, and brand storytelling—is what makes me a different kind of IC consultant. I think like a marketer (measure everything, test and learn) and advise like someone who gets both sides of the internal communications table.

I’ve led enterprise client work independently and at Brilliant Ink, an internal communications agency, and have also been embedded with in-house teams to advise on and execute channel strategy, employee listening, and culture work.

I understand what it's like to be you—the person justifying budget, navigating stakeholders, and trying to move the needle with limited resources—while bringing the outside perspective that helps you see what's possible and solutions you might be too close to spot.

I'm also passionate about investing in the IC community. I've spoken for organizations like Workshop, FirstUp, ContactMonkey, ALI Conferences, and ICology on topics including internal communications, employee engagement, and inclusive communication. I was named one of 46 internal communicators to follow on LinkedIn in 2026 by Workshop, and I served in leadership roles for the San Francisco chapter of IABC from 2017-2021.

When I'm not helping organizations figure out if anyone is actually reading their emails, you'll find me tending my indoor jungle, baking bread, or flying through the air on the trapeze at San Francisco Circus Center.
